This fraction was dialyzed against 10 mM aminium acetate (pH ) and loaded on the CM-Sepharose CL-6B column and was separated into three fractions, the fibrinolytic activity was located in the 2nd, this fraction was rechromatographied on FPLC mono-s column and eluted with three phases of gradient: 0-30 ml (0 M NaCl); 30-80 ml ( M NaCl) and 80-100 ml.
