WASHINGTON (NOV. 19, 2019) — In this photo taken March 12, 2018, the damage resulting from a Feb. 11, 2018, fire in Air Products module number 430003 is seen looking from the rear of the module. The fire occurred in Diamond Bar, California, when an incorrect pressure relief device in one of the 24 cylinders, which were fully loaded with compressed hydrogen, actuated. The force of the high-pressure hydrogen releasing from the cylinder caused the pressure relief device vent tubing to eject from its fitting and allowed a hydrogen field fire to develop inside the module. No injuries were reported
