This card are three states where known: the first was published in 1680 by publisher John Charles to Amsterdam, the second in 1729 by Andries Hendrik de Leth Amsterdam and the third in 1745 by Isaak Tirion Amsterdam. The third State was again printed in 1811 by A. King in Amsterdam. The different states of the card can be dated using the names of the dike warden, high heemraden and steward to be found on the top pages of the card. Given the current one is a loose leaf blades bottom row of the card can not be precisely dated. Shortly after the appearance of the wall chart was also decided to establish a four-blade (RP-P-AO-6-25A, RP-P-AO-6-25B, RP-P-AO-6-25C and RP-P-AO-6 -25D) and to make a éénblads edition (RP-P-AO-6-24-1 and RP-P-AO 6-24-2).
