The lower deck is free of all obstructionand affords some 6,000 square feet of floor, while theupper deck which is covered by a roof, has about 4,000feet additional, and a ladies parlor and waiting boat will be hung with curtains on the sides, gailydecorated, and at night brilliantly illuminated with anabundance of electric lights, so that at night the effectwill be as charming as it will be unique, and withal cooland comfortable.
