People are seen wearing facemasks as a precaution against coronavirus Covid-19 along the shopping street of at the Alexandrium shopping center street wear facemasks. Starting 5th August in Rotterdam it is mandatory to wear non-medical face masks in busy places, masks are handed out free of charge and law enforcers supervise to ensure that the rules are followed.
