Radcliffe Camera in Radcliffe square Oxford England The Radcliffe Camera was build between 1737 and 1749 by James Gibbs to house the Radcliffe Science library It was paid for by a bequest form the Royal Physician John Radcliffe The Radcliffe Science library was later moved and the building is now used as additional reading rooms for the Bodleian library Rooms under Radcliffe Square house approximately 600 000 books
