Hemerocallis middendorffii var. esculenta at Tanbara lavender park in Gunma Japan Asia


This is perennial plant growing in colonies on a grassy plain and the damp ground of a high mountain. The height of a rice plant is around 50-80cm. There are three or four orange flowers on the tip. The flower which bloomed in the morning is one day flower dying in the evening. As they grow in colonies widely, the slope of a grassy plain and the mountain are covered yellow.
