ANKARA, Turkey (Nov. 12, 2014) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus ceremoniously places a wreath at the base Ataturk's sarcophagus with Turkish navy honor guard sailors at the monumental mausoleum Anitkabir. Mabus took part in the ceremony after meeting with Turkish leaders to discuss Department of the Navy relations between the two countries.
