Young African American boy dressed as a Cowboy and riding a fully equipped pony. The boy's cowboy outfit includes a big hat, a colorful neckerchief, and wide chaps. He is waving to someone and is quite happy with his ride. In the 1800s and early 1900s, there were men who traveled thru cities with a pony or a goat cart, etc. They made their livings selling pictures to parents of their children sitting on whatever animal the traveling photographer had.
