West of the city, among which was the World Trade Center and Batery Park City, this business complex designed in 1987 by Cesar Pelli & Associates and Brookfield Properties Corporation ownership rises. It consists of 4 buildings of varying heights and granite roofs with different geometric shapes that house the offices of the largest multinationals in the world. Along with the buildings oriented WFC and Hudson River is the Winter Garden, a greenhouse built with staggered glass and steel 36 meters tall and a courtyard with shops, restaurants and stunning 16 palms.
