The Utah beach event kicked off Ivy Week, a week dedicated to esprit-de-corps and comradery through competition, on Fort Carson. The 4th Infantry Division has a diverse history through WWII participating in the D-Day landing, Battle of Cherbourg, Breakout at St. Lo, Liberation of Paris, and the Battle of Hürtgen Forest.
