SEA - (Nov. 25, 2016) - USS Carney (DDG 64) conducts a replenishment-at-sea with the Spanish Navy replenishment ship ESPS Cantabria (AOR 15) during exercise Mavi Balina 16 in the Mediterranean Sea Nov. 25, 2016. Carney, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is conducting a routine patrol in the 6th fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
