Air Force Col. Jimmy Canlas, 437 Airlift Wing commander, presents Melvin D. Willis, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center – Atlantic Enterprise Information Systems Business manager, with a certificate of appreciation during the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. remembrance event at the chapel Jan. 17, 2017 at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. Willis was the guest speaker for the ceremony honoring King’s legacy. Willis is a former command chief master sergeant from the 437 Airlift Wing.
