NORFOLK, (Aug. 10, 2018) Capt. Chris H. Inskeep, commodore of Destroyer Squadron 26, is rendered honors during change of command ceremony for the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55). Stout is currently conducting a series of qualifications and certifications as part of the basic phase of training in preparation for future operations and deployments.
