The art displayed by the Israelites in this work doesnot, however, seem to have been beyond that of Egypt ofthe time. God taught Bezaleel and Aholiab no newcraftsmanships or inventions. He only inspired themto employ their Egyptian knowledge in the highest wayand with the most beautiful results.
