A rag rug draped over a large round straw bale in a field. The rug, Yellow Stripe, has an abstract design, two shades of brown from the background, with a bright yellow stripe down the left side. There are seven black bars, four by the yellow and three in the top right hand corner. a square of jade in the bottom right hand corner and a light blue dot and curve and apricot swath in the middle. The contemporary design of the rug constrast with the rural setting of harvest time. Vertical/portrait format.
