By taking the initiative, they have thus caused somenew and much needed reforms to be introduced. They believe in agitation. They believe that Push isnecessary to success. They do not believe in waiting for things to turn up, but if necessary, to take theinitiatory steps in order to bring things to pass, and thus prove themselves a motive force in the world. Mr. Hugh Duglay first saw the light of this world, in tlie year of our Lord, 1885, in Bluffton, WellsCounty, Indiana. After completing the public school course, he came to Taylor.
