Toronto, CAN, 27 Mar 2014 - Officials from the ministry of the Environment were on scene to monitor toxicity of the black smoke billowing from the fire. A 5-Alarm fire on Fairbank Avenue, at Dufferin Street and Eglinton Avenue, required the evacuation of near-by residents and the closure of Dufferin Street.
