ISLAND OF EIGG, SCOTLAND - 1st NOVEMBER 2007: The third completed Proven Energy wind turbine is in position and is bolted down. Once completed the four 6KW wind turbines will contribute to Eigg's new electricity system that will provide households on the island with a continuous 24 hour supply for the first time.
