Tomato and Black Olive Focaccia just out of the oven


Focaccia is a traditional type of bread from Italy. Similar to pizza dough, yeast is used to help rise and more salt is added to taste. Focaccia texture is quite sponge like and can absorb a great deal of oil. Here, sun dried tomatoes and black olives are added plus some dried oregano.
