I know what it feels like when I first started, and I would ask those questions of the people that had the history behind them. You get excited by it because you start to make analogies in terms of what you’re experiencing today. I don’t force how to go about doing things. I just make suggestions: 'I encountered something similar. This is how I went about it. Maybe you could think about going about it that way.
