Billy McCoy, explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technician assigned to 722nd Ordnance Company Airborne (EOD), 192nd Ordnance Battalion (EOD) based out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, conducts render safe procedures (RSP) during the EOD Team of the Year (ToY) competition 15-19 May on Fort Carson, Colorado. The Team of the Year competition is where explosive ordnance disposal technicians face off in challenging scenarios and are assessed on fitness, technical and tactical skills and response capabilities.
