Genital warts (Condylomata acuminata) is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV). It manifests as bumps or warts on the genitalia and the surrounding regions. In this female patient, the warts are on the labia of the vulva. The patient also has chemical dermatitis of the perineum (reddened area at lower centre) due to the extensive treatment for these labial venereal warts. The chemical used for treatment of the warts has inflamed the perineal skin.
