Army Sgt. 1st Class Michael Truoy and Armed Forces of the Philippines Capt. Ramio Angcap display flashcards to children during a medical civic action project in the Languyan municipality of the Tawi Tawi province of the Philippines on Nov. 21, 2009. Truoy is from Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines and is a member of Civil Affairs Team 731. The project, a first in the area, treated more than 400 patients for minor ailments and gave out free supplies, including four wheelchairs.
