We have held regular monthly meetings at the institution for thepurpose of approving vouchers and transacting such other business asdemanded our attention. As instructed, we issued a voucher to the D. M. Stanton estate for $79in lieu of voucher ISTo. 115, dated December 20, 1912, on which paymenthad never been made. Your orders for the removal of the criminals, insane, and epilepticsfrom this institution were intrusted to the Superintendent with power toact. His efforts to carry out these orders and the success he had is givenin his annual report. Your instructions in regard to work along advertising lines and theeducation of the people in the cause
