Army Staff Sgt. Hector Garcia, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) recovery noncommissioned officer, counts tools at the end of the day, Aug. 23, 2017, for accountability of equipment during excavation operations in the Quang Tri Province, Vietnam. DPAA deployed to the area in hopes of recovering remains of men lost in a CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter crash in June of 1967.
