Broken upper arm bone. Frontal X-ray of the fractured right humerus (upper arm bone) of a 50-year-old man. The fracture is at lower left, of the neck of the humerus, just below the humeral head. There is slight displacement of the fracture. The bone will need to be pinned back together, and the arm immobilised to allow healing to take place.
