Coast Guard Commandant Adm. Paul Zukunft provides remarks at the Naval Engineering Central Annual Training (NECAT). This event occurs once per year and brings together senior officers from all over the country, representing the entire 6,800 Naval Engineering community in order to provide an update on the Coast Guard's strategic landscape and provide a collaborative environment to create solutions to Naval Engineering's most pressing challenges.
