Road between from Wukro to Mekele, Ethiopia. On the way between Wukro and Mekele several people collect water and take the opportunity to bathe in a small stream at the foot of the road. Mekele is one of the main economic and university centers of the country. It is also the largest cement producer in Ethiopia. In its margins, recently, the Alula Aba International Airport was enabled, which has a runway of 3604 meters in length. There are two great urban landmarks that characterize the city, on the one hand, the monument to the FPLT (Popular Liberation Front of Tigray) in commemoration of the struggle against the Ethiopian communist regime, visible from most of the city.
