On all these sorties, Flight Lieutenant Lee has shown his courage and determination by scoring a high average of successes in the face of enemy opposition and bad weather. Because of his skill and perseverance, he was selected for a particularly difficult supply drop to the Maquis in an area infested with the enemy. This mission was successfully accomplished.
