A small boat in an inlet near Narsarsuaq, greenlandic for grate plain, with steep slopes either side carved by retreating glaciers. Ice floes and icebergs from the Qooroq Sermiat glacier are visible in the sea. Narsarsuaq has a thriving tourism industry both in and around the area with attractions including wildlife, gemstones and glaciers.
