Seedkem will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Hopkins, under the management of Steven W. Cook, president. The acquisition was accom- plished concurrent with the confirmation of a plan of arrangement-which was con- firmed March 27-to remove Seedkem from its Chapter 11 proceedings, which were filed Jan. 9.
