Cannon and reed boat exhibits outside the Fort. The fort is well worth a visit just to imagine life here in earlier times and has a collection of important historic photographs. Set in the same grounds as the Sultan bin Zayed Fort, the Al-Ain Museum houses a vast collection of exhibits some dating back to 2nd millennium BC (Hili Settlement/Civilisation/Excavations) If planning a trip to the UAE, Al-Ain is well worth a if possible, a longer stay in this delightful area.
