Round Cartouche, worn by two putti and a female Herme, Anonymous, After Jacques Androuet, 1520 - 1584 print There are two putti on either side of an animal skull on the cartouche. From series of 32 sheets. The cartouches are partly derived from the prints of Antonio Fantuzzi after the decoration of the gallery of François 1er by Giovanni Battista Rosso. The series is also known under the title Petits Cartouches de Fontainebleau. France (possibly) paper etching
