A light and spacious contemporary office was created at 186 City Road. Stripping out existing dropped ceilings and carefully arranging exposed services increased floor to ceiling heights and exploited the natural light that could be gained from the full extent of the windows. The material palette is pale but subtely varied, maximizing light gains, but avoiding a monotonous gleaming white finish. Unfinished grey plaster ceilings, rough exposed concrete columns, galvanised services and off white paneling define a cool elegant office interior.
