D. arbustorum is very rare in Denmark, only two specimens, both females, have been taken at Svenstrup between Roskilde and Ringsted (H. J. Hansen). According to Verrall it prefers dry localities. Geographical distribution: — Northern and middle Europe down into Austria, Bohemia and Hungary; it seems to have its northern Hmit in Denmark, and it occurs also in England. 29.
