So-cially, he is a member of the Masonic lodge ofPiper City, and the Modern Woodmen and was Dep-uty Grand Master of the Odd Fellows belongs to the Brothers camp, and tlie RebeccaDegree Lodge of Gibson, I. O. O. F. He has takenquite an active interest in civic societies, and is anhonored member of the various organizations withwhich lie lias been connected.
