Cae Llyn has been in the same ownership for three generations and is a much loved holiday home. As a result it is bursting with charm and happiness which rubs off on all visitors. The house maintain's much of its original 1930s charm and detail but has been carefully modernised so that it is very comfortable and well equipped. It is full of beautiful paintings of the locality by the acclaimed local artist who lives next door! Cae Llyn overlooks the quiet and picturesque bay of Rhoscolyn. There has been very little development due to the large area of reed bed that backs onto the lovely sandy beach with views over to Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsular. The house nestles in a two acre garden which runs down to a safe and secluded cove with it's own private access just metres from the house. The house sits on the famous coastal path which runs the length of Wales so Cae Llyn. The property is now in the hands of Menai Holiday Cottages.
