1978 Runswick Bay - Lower village of Runswick Bay beside the Lifeboat Station at Runswick Bay. The Lifeboat Station Runswick Bay was moved to Staithes in 1978 but is still there but run as a volunteer service. It is a popular tourist attraction due to its picturesque cliffside village, stunning coastal walks, fossil hunting and Runswick Sands, a white sand beach.
