The dedicatory exercises will be held Tuesday, September 4th, 10 oclock a. m. The programmewill be announced as soon as completed. Hon. C. R. Parsons, Mayor of Rochester, will make the opening address and Hon. J. M. Company G, 108th, will deliver the oration. The city officials and members of the councilwill accompany the excursion.
