While the Chesapeake& Ohio has not up to the present time invested in a veryelalx)rate reclamation plant, the results accomplished withthe facilities available are indicated in the following reportand sjjeak for themselves. Grinding Cast Iron Wheels.—During the }ear 1921, 4()(ipairs of cast iron car wheels were ground at a saving of$ per pair, or a total saving of $6,;. It requireson an average 45 min. to grind out the flat spots on onepair of wheels. Experience has shown that
