SILVERDALE, Wash. (Apr. 25, 2022) – Navy Capt. Robert Figgs (left), commanding officer, Trident Refit Facility, Bangor (TRFB), presents Billy F. Albert (right), supervisory mechanical engineer at TRFB, with the 2021 USS Thresher Memorial Award. Albert was selected as the 2021 USS Thresher Memorial Award supervisor recipient. The annual USS Thresher Memorial Award recognizes individuals whose contribution most positively influenced the culture, processes, and execution of the SUBSAFE program at TRFB.
