Tyler Payne, Army Marksmanship Unit, from Princeton, Minnesota, competes in the 2017 Practical Shooting Association Multi-Gun National Championships, April 15, at the Pro Gun Club. Payne claimed his second consecutive national title in the Heavy Metal Tactical Division.
