The beginner deep sky photography setup of the SharpStar 76mm apo refractor on the Sky-Watcher EQM-35 mount, guided by the AIRAir and ASI guidecamera via the iPad app, being used here to shoot test images of M31 on September 16, 2020. Mars is the bright object at centre. This is a stack of 6 images for the ground to smooth noise, and 1 for the sky, plus an other exposure masked in with the scope light painted, all with the 35mm lens and Canon 6D MkII camera., at 30 seconds and f/5 and ISO 3200. Shot for book illustrations.
