Circa 1885 view of Park Drive through Mount Royal Park in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. From an antique souvenir album using the Glaser/Frey lithographic process.

Mount Royal is a hill in the city of Montreal, immediately west of downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada, the city to which it gave its name. The mountain is the site of Mount Royal Park, one of Montreal's largest greenspaces. The park, most of which is wooded, was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, who also designed New York's Central Park, and was inaugurated in 1876.
