Extra Early Vienna—A cur-ious vegetable, in appear-ance half-way between aTurnip and a Cabbage witha turnip-like swelling of thestems above the ground,which,while young and ten-der, has a delicious Cauli-flower flavor, very appetiz-ing aud pleasant. Veryeasily grown, requiringonly such care as will makea Turnip or Cabbage dowell. It is cooked much thesame as Cauliflower andserved with pepper, butterand salt. It is certainlymost delicious. Sow seed frommiddle of June to end of August.
