KABUL, Afghanistan (Jan 25, 2016) — Afghan construction engineer equipment operators and supervisors operate the Caterpillar 246 D skid loader, which is a versatile and important piece of equipment as they work to improve and build Afghan National Army infrastructure. The Joint Engineer Directorate, Combined Security Transition Command – Afghanistan, provided training for the engineers on safe operation, maintenance and efficient use of the equipment.
