A sleepy barn owl amusingly appears to be balancing a bucket on its head. (In truth, the bucket is really suspended behind and the owl is on its regular midday perch). Taken at the Isle of Wight Monkey Haven. Many of the Haven's birds have come from zoos and private collections and cares for the birds until they are well enough to be released back into the countryside.
