FORT BENNING, Ga. – Lt. Col. Tony Massari, commander of the 3rd Battalion, 47th Infantry Regiment, takes part in the unit's activation during a ceremony at Santiago Fitness Center in the Sand Hill area of Fort Benning. The battalion will help the Maneuver Center of Excellence prepare trainees for service in the Infantry under the Army’s new, longer One Station Unit Training.
