A woman who says she lives near downtown walks barefoot by the Center theater closed for nearly 20 years accorrding to locals one of the landmarks along N. West Ave. which goes through downtown Lenoir. Formerly home to bustling furniture manufacturers now extinct Lenoir made a deal with internet giant Google to build a server farm in this rural northeastern part of North Carolina.
